Vasantha L. Jandhyala, President and CEO: Ms. Jandhyala is the first woman journalist to be hired by ‘The Hindu’, a leading daily in India. She is instrumental in providing strategic guidance and business direction to the organization, thus ensuring overall efficiency, productivity, and accountability. Vasantha has BA and MA in Social Work.
Agni Jandhyala, VP & Director Business Development and Operations: Mr. Jandhyala provides executive direction over human resources, administration, communications, employee, and community relations. He brings over 30 years of experience in computer science and staffing services to Dollar Staffing. He worked with some of the prestigious organizations like NASA, NOAA, Pentagon, Oracle, DOT, and DOD. Agni received his BS in Computer Sciences from University of MD-UC and JD from Delhi University, India.
Kishan Varma, Director – Operations: Kishan, a highly accomplished and trained professional with more than 17 years of industrial exposure in human resources, administration and operations. Kishan handles the customer relationship management and client service management teams for the organization. Kishan has Master’s in Business Administration from India and is pursuing Master’s in Business Analytics from BITS-Pilani, an IVY School.
Shiva Charan, Operations Manager – Recruitment: Shiva joined HRD, Inc. as an intern 15 years ago and constantly pursued higher studies to acquire new skills. He completed his bachelor’s degree in finance and raised through the ranks in the organization to become head the recruitment wing. Shiva handles recruitment, accounts and office administration.
Venkat Raghuram, IT Project Lead: Venkat, a diligent IT project lead with a proven record of success leading all phases of diverse technology projects. With 9+ years of experience into IT field, Venkat brings in his expertise from planning, controlling and executing our Dollar Staffing project. He holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Science Engineering.
